	Balbriggan comunity policing Forum Sunday August 30th. Community policing election of representyative There is an election of representatives for the Balbriggan Community policing forum on the 15th of September. It will take place in O'dwyers GAA club at 7PM. If you are interested you need to be nominated by another resident in the area. 	Management Company AGM Wednesday july 8th. Yesterday evening the Meeting took place at 7pm Present were Gillian Duffy and Darragh O'Sullivan From SPM and a number of us. As the Directors were not present and in light of the problems that the management company is facing it was decided to defer it. All residents present agreed. Mr O'sullivan mentioned the fact that they could not get McInerney to nominate new directors last year. As there was no directors present no quorum could be reached. SPM did not have proxies from the directors. So after a bit more discussion the AGM was adjourned.

	Front garden and roads Wednesday may 20th. We have had the first visit of the gardeners in 2 years. They have trimmed some of the overgrown bushes around the estate. Tere is no doubt as to why they were here. I have a serie of pictures on the most damaged front garden. This small amount of cleaning up is not going to hide the main problem as 2 years of neglect can't be hidden that quickly. There are also some pictures of the necessary roadworks. If you are missing pictures closer to your house let me know by email with your address I will drop by to take some snaps. roads in need of repair mostly around the crescent and the drive. 	Summons to court Saturday may 2nd. Recently a number of residents of houses have been summoned to court for the non-payment of management fees. If this has happened to you please contact us. 	Meeting this Tuesday Friday August the 15th. Recently a number of residents of houses have been threatened with legal proceedings regarding non-payment of management fees. In the event of this leading to a Court Summons, your Residents Association have decided that a unified approach would be best. If this happens to you please contact us.
