On management company
You have by now probably received the annual fee from Smith Property Management.
Who act as agents to Shakespeare Management Co , the management company set up by McInerney.
We as owners of the properties are legally obliged to pay them.
At a recent meeting of the the Residents association committee it was decided to write to SPM
about number of issues relating to their involvement in Chieftain's Way.

Residents meet residents.
Representatives from the Residents Committee will be conducting a plebiscite of householders the week
beginning 22nd (weather permitting). This is a petition relating to the issues of the management company. We also plan
to collect the 10 € voluntary fee which was approved by residents who attended the meeting of 13th March 2006.

There will be a meeting in the Harvest Inn on Wednesday 5th of April In the Harvest Inn.

Chieftain's way residents meeting
Dear Resident
Further to the well supported preliminary meeting at the Harvest Inn, on the 15th february 2006 it is now time to establish a committee with a structured agenda set for the coming year.
To achieve this, It's important that as many residents as possible attend a further inauguration meeting to secure a strong mandate for this committee and to properly set up a Residents association for chieftain's Way.
