Meeting of residents

Dear Resident,
A meeting has been scheduled for all residents of Chieftain's Way on Wednesday 12th September at 8pm
at The Harvest, Drogheda Rd, Balbriggan. The main purpose of this meeting is to:
Appoint a new committee for the Association
To discuss the issue of Shakespeare Mgt Co. Ltd and our agents Smith Property Mgt. and to clarify our legal standing and the relationships with them.
A number of our residents have been summoned to appear in Balbriggan District Court on 20th September next, for non-payment of service charges. It is important that the Residents Association shows solidarity with these people.
A full attendance at this meeting would be appreciated.
